About Kristin

Kristin is an executive assistant and nonprofit advocate deeply committed to the legal field and community advancement. She was born and raised in Northwest Georgia. It was here that she realized her passion for supporting individuals facing drug addiction and mental health challenges, striving to empower them to lead fulfilling lives and contribute positively to society.

Her academic journey began at Chattanooga State Community College where she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies in 2022. She is continuing her education at Southern New Hampshire University where she will graduate in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies, with a concentration in Social Justice. She also serves as a Notary Public in Tennessee and Georgia.

Her legal career began as a Legal Assistant, assisting paralegals and attorneys with scheduling, new client consultations, and drafting documents. She soon became a Paralegal in Personal Injury, focusing on Auto Accidents, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, and Nursing Home Abuse. Her career continued as she transitioned into Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Civil Litigation. She has experience in Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama.

She has also demonstrated her commitment to community service through her role as an Intern at the Georgia Department of Community Supervision, where she gained invaluable experience in felony probation and parole operations. She is excited to continue her work for her community through The Advocacy Center and her legal career. She is eagerly preparing to begin law school in 2025.

Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, Kristin continues to pursue opportunities to serve her community and advance her knowledge in the legal field, preparing for a future dedicated to advocating for those in need.
